Mother Liesl has been the good soul of the hotel for 40 years. She makes sure that everything runs smoothly so you can enjoy your stay. In the winter she tries to get on the slopes as much as possible, and in the summer she has a real passion for porcinis. Nobody will ever find as many as her, and if you are lucky you can come along and enjoy fresh “tagliatelle “with porcini for dinner.
Richard, the senior boss, is running the back office. He has a green thumb and makes sure that fresh vegetables from our garden are a main ingredient in your dinner all summer long. He is also the manager of the legendary “Kastelruther Spatzenfest”, a Tyrolean folk music event that yearly attracts up to 40000 visitors. |
