Check in and check out
Come in! At your arrival your room is at your disposal from 13.00 p.m.
At your departure we kindly ask to free the room by 10.00 a.m.
Confirmation
Your reservation will be binding after the payment of a down-payment (caparra confirmatoria) from € 50,00 till 350,00 per room (depending on period and duration of stay). This down-payment can be made by bank transfer. We regret that in case of cancellation oft eh reservation this down payment cannot be given back. In case of cancellation before 10 weeks of the arrival date, the down payment can be accredited on a further period.
Internet
Always online and up to date! From all the rooms, the lobby and the bar you can navigate with your laptop (additional charge). At the lobby there is further an internet point for your use (additional charge).
Payment
We accept cards (EC Card, Visa, Mastercard) and Travellerchecks. Oviosely we take also cash. With the publication of new price lists the old ones loose their validity. In case of an unforeseeable economic evolution or of changes of the VAT rate of 10 %, prices will be adapted
Price for B&B
If you do not wish to define your dinner, you can book any room category also on a B&B basis. In this case the half board price is reduced by
€ 10 per person and per day.
Privacy
According to article 13 of decree 196/2003 regarding the use of personal data we would like to inform you that the collected data will be used to register the guest. The information will also be used to inform our guests about special offers, prices etc. The data will be processed electronically and you grant your data on a bases of free will. If this free will is not given, we will not be able to activate the Hotel Alpenroyal information service. You can also request that your personal data is deleted from our records. Reductions
The guests of the Hotel Alpenroyal enjoy special conditions. In summer they can use for free the nearby chairlift “Marinzen. In winter you get good discounts at ski rentals in Castelrotto.
Room request
Please understand we can guarantee types of rooms but not room numbers.
Single room supplement
For the use of a double room as a single room we charge a supplement of 50% per night on the price of the half board – applies not in the high season. In any case we ask you to ask information in advance. We are happy to help you.
Smoking
The Hotel Alpenroyal is a non-smoker hotel. There are open air smoking areas. |
