Local Tourist tax

The local tourist tax is €3.50 per person (aged 14 and over) per day (€2.50 per day in the holiday flats). This is not included in the total price of your stay.

Reductions for children

The following discounts for children staying in the parents' bedroom with two full-paying adults are granted on the daily price or the weekly package price:

• Children up to 2 years = cot €30.00 per day
• Children from 2-7 years = 60% discount
• Children from 7-15 years = 35% discount

Single room supplement in a double room

For single occupancy in a double room, we charge a surcharge of 30 % per night on the board price.

Overnight stay with breakfast

If you don't want to commit to dinner, we are happy to offer you all room categories based on "bed and breakfast" and credit €20 per person per day to the half-board price. Of course, you can decide daily whether you want to have dinner or not.

Pricing and weekly prices

We work with a flexible pricing system in which prices are based on the booking situation and demand. For stays of at least 7 days with arrival and departure on Saturday or Sunday, a discount of 10% is automatically granted. Stays for the fixed days from Sunday to Thursday are automatically discounted by 5%.

Confirmatory deposit

The reservation becomes binding as soon as a deposit is paid. Payment of the deposit can be made conveniently by bank transfer or online payment.

Payment options

We accept credit cards (EC-Card, Visa and Mastercard) and cheques. We are also happy to accept cash payments within the legally stipulated maximum amounts.

Conditions of cancellation

A free cancellation of your booking is possible in writing up to 31 days before departure. In this case, the deposit already paid will be credited for a later stay or refunded minus a processing fee. In addition, the following cancellation fees will be charged: from 30 days to 8 days before arrival 80% of the booking value and in the last week before arrival 90% of the booking value. In the event of late arrival or early departure, 90 % of the booking value will also be charged. To avoid cancellation fees, we recommend taking out an inexpensive "Hotel Cancellation Plus" travel cancellation insurance policy. To book your private "guardian angel", simply complete the following online form.

Room check-in and release

Come in: Your room will be available for you from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10 am.

Room request

We ask for your understanding that we can guarantee room types but not fixed room numbers.

Benefits

Guests of the Hotel Alpenroyal enjoy special conditions. In summer you have free travel to the local recreation area "Marinzen" with the neighbouring chairlift. We also offer combined tickets and cross-country skiing tickets in combination with the cable car. In winter you receive discounts at certain ski rental stores.

Guest card "South Tyrol Alto Adige Guest Pass"

At our Hotel Alpenroyal you will receive the free "South Tyrol - Alto Adige Guest Pass" for the duration of your stay. With this guest card you are mobile and can discover the Alpe di Siusi holiday region and the region South Tyrol by bus and train. The following services are included:

• Regional trains in South Tyrol: from Brennero/Brenner to Trento, from Malles/Mals to San Candido/Innichen
• Local buses (city buses, intercity buses and city buses)
• Cable cars to Ritten, Meransen, Jenesien, Mölten and Vöran
• Ritten tramway and the funicular railway up the Mendel
• Return journey with PostBus Switzerland between Mals and Müstair
• Discount on Combi Card, Nordic Pass and Seiser Alm Card Gold

Smoking

Your holiday home is a non-smoking hotel. However, there are plenty of outdoor smoking areas.

Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Act in force (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003). The data collected in our hotel is used to register the guest in order to activate an information service for him regarding special offers, prices, etc. of the Hotel Alpenroyal. The communication of the data, which will be processed electronically, is optional: any refusal to do so will make it impossible to process the data for the above-mentioned purposes. The guest has the right at any time to request the updating, correction or integration of any incomplete or incorrect data.
